Hotels Policy
Reservation
Front Office is open: 24 hours.
Cancelation policy: If reservation is cancelled 24hours before arrival, the first night will not be charged.
No show: If reservation is cancelled on the day of arrival or if the client is No Show, one night will be charged.
Confirmation of reservation: with credit card.
Hours of check in and check out
Check in: from 14h00pm.
Check out: until 12h00am.
Late check out: The hotel reserves the right to keep any belongings from the client in the presence of the Housekeeping Manager in a safe place, so that the room may be available for the next guest. In alternative in case of availability the hotel reserves the right to charge an extra night.
Room Change
Will be made in the presence of the Housekeeping Manager.
Children and extra bed
Children under 3 years old: Crib is free.
Children from 4 to 7 years old: Extra Bed is free.
Children from 8 to 12 years old: Will be charged 10.00€ per child and extra bed.
Extra beds and cots will be available on requested and will be confirmed directly by the hotel.
Pets
Pets are not admitted.
Mini-bar
Every room has a mini-bar with price list.
Guest Identification
An I.D. card has to be given when checking in for identification with the Hotel staff and the same will be kept afterwards in case the official tourist office claims it.
Lost and found / luggage
The personal belongings of the guest will be kept for a period of 6 months, after this time the hotel reserves the right to given away.
Noise
Time limite: its not allowed to make noise from 22H00 to 7H00.
Smoking
Its not allowed to smoke in public areas. A floor as been selected for this purpose.
Credit card accepted
American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Dinners, JCB, Maestro
The hotel reserves the right to make a pre-autorization of the credit card.
Personal values
The hotel does not responsablizes itself for any objects left in the room, there are safes in the room available to the client at a price of 3.50€.
The hotel does not responsablizes itself for any thefts that will occure inside the hotel.
